Here are our terms and policies, and we ask that you read them before making your purchase.

Buyer's can now make payments without opening a PayPal account!  By making a purchase through PayPal on this site, you agree to the terms herein, and to the terms set forth by them.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped US Priority Mail for free!  Orders usually arrived 3-4 days after being shipped. If your order is large in size, or needs special shipping arrangements, please call our suite at 323-377-5423, or email questions@3bjewels, so that we may expedite your order and meet your deadline. Overnight and 2nd day delivery is available for an additional fee which will be determined at that time. Please note, we are not currently shipping internationally.

Although most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery, some items may take 7-10 days as each piece is handmade. If we cannot ship within that amount of time (7-10 days), we will contact you via email.

All shipments within the state of Georgia will be assessed 6% sales tax.

All of our pieces are handcrafted, using only the best materials. We make every effort to ensure the colors on the website closely reflect the actual pieces. Due to the inherent nature of gemstones, slight variations in size and coloring will occur. The actual colors you see on your monitor may vary, and we cannot guarantee accuracy of your screen. We only ask that you keep these things in mind when ordering.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information submitted to us via the beryl blush blonde website is kept confidential.
None of this information is ever sold, or shared with anyone else. We may contact you occasionally via email for special sales and promotions. If you would like to be removed from this list, simply hit “reply” and insert “remove” in the subject line.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly take returns for most items, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders sales are final, and may not be returned, or exchanged. Sale items may be exchanged only for store credit. Any items being returned for a refund must be within 14 days of receipt, and we do require that you email us first at questions@3bjewels for an RA number. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. All returns must come back to us insured. beryl blush blonde is not responsible for returns which are lost in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is has some method of tracking.

If an item needs to be repaired, and the fault lies solely in the craftsmanship, then we will repair it free of charge for 30 days after receipt.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold beryl blush blonde harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of  the beryl blush blonde website.
